HNN introduces a new media infrastructure model built to help trusted experts transition from traditional social platforms into branded streaming ecosystems.

Cannes, France — Health News Network (HNN) officially launched as the world’s first expert-owned health media network, introducing a new category in streaming and digital media where doctors, wellness leaders, educators, researchers, and trusted experts own branded channels within a curated health-focused streaming ecosystem.

Built at the intersection of health, media, streaming infrastructure, and audience development, HNN was created to address one of the biggest challenges facing experts today: most professionals have spent years building audiences on platforms they do not own or control. According to the company, changing algorithms, declining organic reach, content suppression, account restrictions, reduced discoverability, and increasing dependence on advertising-driven systems have left many creators and educators vulnerable to platforms outside their control.

“The audience was never truly theirs. The attention was borrowed,” said Anthony Lolli. “HNN is not another social platform. This is infrastructure. This is ownership. This is a permanent home for trusted experts who are tired of building on borrowed platforms.”

Unlike traditional social media platforms that prioritize short-form virality, endless scrolling, and advertising-driven engagement, HNN was designed as an authority-driven media ecosystem focused on credibility, long-form education, discoverability, direct audience connection, monetization opportunities, brand protection, and trust-based content environments.

The company describes HNN as “where trusted experts stop chasing algorithms and start building lasting media platforms.”

At the center of HNN’s model is the idea that experts should control their media presence in the same way businesses control their websites, brands, buildings, and intellectual property. Within the ecosystem, each expert operates a dedicated streaming channel inside the broader network infrastructure.

Each channel owner can publish original programming, host podcasts, release documentary series, distribute educational content, develop sponsorship opportunities, create premium memberships, launch wellness-focused programming, and build long-term enterprise value.

According to HNN leadership, creators also maintain ownership and control over their intellectual property, including their brand, audience relationships, media library, educational assets, likeness, programming, and distribution strategy.

“Many people think they own their audience because they have followers,” said TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli. “But the platform owns access to that audience. That is the real problem modern creators are waking up to.”

HNN leadership believes the internet is entering a new era where trust, curation, and direct relationships matter more than mass exposure. The company describes the current digital environment as being overwhelmed by noise, manipulation, distractions, and algorithmic systems that often reward outrage and engagement metrics over expertise and educational value.

As a result, HNN positions itself as an alternative to feed-driven platforms by creating a destination for authority-based health media.

The company also emphasized that HNN is not designed to replace social media platforms, but rather to work alongside them. According to the company, social platforms serve as awareness and discovery tools, while HNN functions as a long-term destination where experts can centralize their content, audience relationships, and programming.

“HNN gives social media a purpose,” Anthony Lolli added. “Platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X are incredible awareness tools. But awareness alone is not infrastructure. Followers are borrowed. Infrastructure is owned.”

The launch comes as OTT streaming continues reshaping how audiences consume long-form content across smart TVs, Roku, Apple TV, mobile apps, tablets, and connected television ecosystems.

HNN combines streaming infrastructure with expert-led programming, creating what some industry insiders have described as “the Netflix model for authority-driven health media.”

The company states that the ecosystem was intentionally built in layers. Lolli Brands Entertainment develops authority-driven documentaries, Biohack Yourself Media drives visibility and monetization, and HNN | Health News Network provides the long-term streaming and distribution infrastructure.

According to the co-founders, this structure creates a flywheel effect in which films generate awareness, media builds relationships, and HNN provides a centralized platform for long-term audience retention and content distribution.

The company also cites the network effect as a major differentiator. As more experts, doctors, educators, and thought leaders join HNN, discoverability increases across the broader ecosystem. HNN leadership compared the model to entertainment networks that experienced major growth through breakout programming, including HBO with “The Sopranos,” Netflix with “Stranger Things,” MTV with “Jersey Shore,” Discovery with “Shark Week,” and ESPN through exclusive sports programming.

“A rising tide lifts all ships,” Hakobyan-Lolli said. “When respected voices build inside one environment, everyone benefits from the collective momentum.”

The company confirmed that onboarding demand has accelerated ahead of the public rollout. A growing waiting list now exists as health experts, practitioners, educators, wellness founders, and media personalities seek entry into the network ahead of broader expansion phases.

According to HNN leadership, onboarding will remain intentionally selective, with the company positioning HNN as a premium authority-driven ecosystem rather than an open-content marketplace.

The founders also confirmed they are actively leveraging decades of relationships across health, wellness, longevity, functional medicine, media, entertainment, and transformational education to assemble what they describe as “the most trusted collection of expert-owned health channels ever brought together under one network.”

The company confirmed that multiple major names are already in active discussions regarding founding channel ownership, advisory board participation, strategic partnerships, original programming, executive leadership roles, documentary collaborations, and network expansion initiatives. Additional announcements are expected in the coming months.

According to individuals involved in early discussions, excitement surrounding the model has been particularly strong among established experts who have spent years building audiences on traditional platforms.

One high-profile health personality involved in early discussions stated, “For the first time, this feels like experts finally have a real media home instead of living at the mercy of algorithms.”

Another wellness entrepreneur described HNN as “the first infrastructure play that actually understands the long-term value of authority, trust, and audience relationships.”

HNN leadership stated the company is focused on building sustainable media infrastructure rather than chasing short-term trends.

“This is not being built for the next six months,” Anthony Lolli shared. “This is being built for the next generation of health media.”

The company’s long-term vision is to build the world’s largest trusted network of expert-owned health channels where respected voices remain visible, educational content thrives, and health leaders build lasting enterprise value.

“We believe the future of media belongs to people who own the relationship with their audience,” he added. “The future is not borrowed attention. The future is direct connection and long-term control.”
